Sobriety coaching is a cutting edge approach to intervention and recovery. It uses unconventional methods, as well as traditional 12 steps and counseling as an approach to intervene on the pathology of addiction. Sobriety coaching is about problem solving. It is a solution focused and goal oriented approach to sober living. Sobriety coaching is instruction, direction, training and guidance as a means of added support toward long-term recovery.

Coaching includes but is not limited to:

  • Developing a biochemical approach to recovery through diet, exercise and nutrition, as well as a medical intervention plan.
  • Self esteem building
  • Social event consultation and sober event companion services*
  • Coping strategies for recovery
  • A safe confidential environment to disclose and process personal issues
  • Childhood abuse issues
  • Relationship and communication skills
  • Expressing feelings in sobriety
  • Stress management and day-to-day frustration instruction
  • Family interaction and support building
  • Decrease negative learned behaviors and irrational belief systems
  • Explore triggers and develop a relapse prevention plan
  • Resume, education and employment guidance
*Social event sober companion services are available and charged at a separate rate from regular coaching costs.
